Hunter Hayes teamed up with ConAgra Foods to end child hunger and celebrate the release of his brand-new album Storyline this week by breaking the Guinness World Record for Most Concerts Played in multiple cities in 24 hours. Hunter was super busy that day because he played ten shows in ten cities.
The marathon kicked off on Friday, May 9 on Good Morning America in New York. Hunter than traveled to Boston, Worcester, Mass., Providence, R.I., New London, Conn., New Haven, Conn., Stamford, Conn., South Orange, N.J., Asbury Park, N.J. and finally culminating with an exciting finale in Philadelphia.
“I cannot believe how much fun this whole day has been and that it’s only been a day! 10 shows in 24 hours with the best fans in the world and a great cause with Child Hunger Ends Here,” said Hunter. “I’m so proud to get to work with them and all the sponsors. Thank you to all the fans for not only making history with us but also making this whole thing absolutely awesome!”
Throughout the tour, Hunter sported an awesome TUDOR watch. That watch will be auctioned off and the proceeds will be donated. He also performed all shows on a Martin Guitar which one lucky winner will receive by entering a contest on his website.
